5 Herbs That Can Aid Weight Loss

4.     Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper is a type of chili pepper that is commonly used to add a fiery kick to a variety of meals. It contains the chemical capsaicin, which gives cayenne pepper its characteristic spiciness while also providing a number of health benefits.

Capsaicin has been shown in studies to enhance metabolism and increase the number of calories burned during the day. Capsaicin may also help you lose weight by suppressing your appetite. Capsaicin capsules were demonstrated to boost feelings of fullness and reduce total calorie consumption in small research.

Another study of 30 persons found that having a meal with capsaicin reduced levels of ghrelin, the hormone that causes hunger.

5.     Caralluma Fimbriata

Caralluma Fimbriata is a plant that is commonly used in diet pills. It's supposed to operate by boosting serotonin levels, a neurotransmitter that has a direct impact on hunger.
